Resign - Today is the last day

Someone had resigned from my internship company. Today is his last day. I feel pity towards him this few day, I not sure why but the feeling is there. Many thing happened this week, and as for the conlcusion someone resign from the company. Arguement, back fired, defend, urgent meeting .... everything .. END!

He treat me lunch at Brickfield. Indian food .. banana leaf rice, the food serve in that shop taste good and they have a lot variety for me to choose. Had a great lunch with him. My stomach was super full and feel like vomit everything out. He said no need to thank him for the lunch, just remember that lunch. If I ever visit that shop again, he said I will remember the lunch with him. Will I remember? Sure I will, the food, the people, the purpose and the enviroment.

He is the one that always say "Can you please ...." , he is my GM.

STEALTH - Movie premier (GSC TimeSquare)

STEALTH special movie premier (organized by Kenny Roger Roaster) was held yesterday at TimeSquare, KLCC and One Utama. "Egg" told me about the part time vacant is still available for the event. MS and I took the job. We went to TimeSquare after our work at SAI. The traffic is quite clear, we arrive early and did some window shopping. "Egg" arrive one hour later and we had our dinner at McDonalds (boss treat). We change to the crew t-shirt and given a "SECURITY TAG"

My working TAG

I was assigned to guard the "PREMIERE Class". That was an easy job cause there is only about 60 patron for that cinema compare to the normal cinema about 400 patron. My job is just to check the ladies handbag for camera phone and other recording device. No camera phone and other recording device is allowed. The is premier therefore the security is very strict. All the patron need to scan through before they are allowed to enter the cinema. Some of them do not willing to surrender their phone, giving lots of reason. "My baby at home, scare emergency call" , "I am waiting for some emergency phone call" and bla bla bla... but to enter the cinema all the camera phone need to be surrender.

After all the movie start, I were allowed to enter the cinema but need to stand in front to watch. After a few minutes standing, I got headache!!! Didn't really wacth the show. Stay outside the cinema enjoy the muffin brought by Kenny Roger!!! My other colleague when in to scan for people who doing illegal recording. hehhehe .. using binocular to check ~~ geng ler.. The show about 2 hours. After all the people have left the hall, we were allowed to home. Work for about 3 and the half hours, I was paid RM 60 (still waiting for my pay).

Arrive Cyberjaya about 12.20am (35 minutes driving from TimeSquare). It was tired! Whole day not in the house but I enjoyed the work. Get some new experience.. Hope they will have other job for me ... thanx "EGG"

Jobless again

Morning till now ~~ I have done nothing! Sit and chat and surf and .... wasting my time. Better stay at home watch my "Jewel in The Palace" drama. Anyway I create two wallpaper design(follow some simple Adobe Photoshop tutorial)

Mega Sales is back!

Last weekend was superb! Shopping till you drop .. Malaysia Carnival Sales is back again with a lot of discount everywhere. 23 July - 4 Sept the whole Malaysia will be having sale. I must buy a lock to lock myself up!! Stop shopping! Stop buying! Every shopping complex that you visit u will see big big "SALE SALE ... up to 70%"

First stop, KLCC .. went there by LRT with eugene. There are so many people walking up and down, coming in and going out from the shops and most important was people buying stuff that they like. Eugene and me went into ISETAN - Toy's department, why? Eugene told he some of the toy are extremely cheap and he bought a few on Friday. Walk out from ISETAN without any purchase, shopping mode still not yet ON(warming up stage). Shopping spree continue, entered FCUK wanted to buy skirts but it is too expensive, can't really afford it. Anyway bought two sleeveless shirts before leaving that store. sigh .. 100 bucks gone. ESPRIT having a great sale too, so tempting but didn't get anything from there. Eugene bought his "ESPRIT TAG" which come with a pouch. hehehe .. not the pouch that he want. He want the tag. After a few hours at KLCC we went back to Bangsar. IKEA's plan cancel because Eugene's sis called and inform the place is pack with people.

Second stop, MidValley.. after dinner on Saturday, when to MV. Kinda easy to find a parking there. Went to XL-shop, Eugene wish to buy the newly arrive BLEACH figurine. BAD news, those figurine sold out in one week time! He is so disappointed, those figurine is only RM68 (consider cheap). He bought me one be@brick. Nothing much to see at MV, before leaving when to Carrefour to buy some grocery stuff.

Third Stop, One Utama.. Sunday morning after breakfast, shoot to 1U with eugene and his mom. The road is clear not much traffic yet. Aunty bought one MAMBO pants ~~ so cool! haha .. I saw one ESPRIT jacket. RED. Price about RM100(after discounted). Should I buy it? I already have a lot of jacket in my wardrobe. Because it is ESPRIT and it is only RM100 .. worth it right?

Final destination, IKEA.. bought 2 rimless photo frame. The enviroment there, is like you wake up early in the morning and accompany your mother to the market! Full of people .. pack like sardines. Whenever IKEA on SALES, they will get a lot of attention from the crowds. Eugene bought one rounded shape clock. The one that need to hand on the ceiling.

Shopping ended .. my purse become thinner. But I really enjoy my weekend!

Can you please ....

Do you ever get irritated when someone say "Can you please ..... for me??". After 2 and the half month in my internship, I started to hate this phrase. What I normally hear is ... " Can you please ..

• help me to print this document?
• put the paper at the printer?
• see whether is there any paper at the printer?
• call XXXX got arrange appointment for me?
• remind me about XXXday appointment?
• off the light in the room?
• help me to call XXX (other colleague in the office)
• photostate this for me? remember I want front and back
• bla bla bla ... and many many more.

So much of "Can you please ..." in one day. I really can't stand it anymore. Not only me, my internship partner MS also hate that phrase if it is coming from our good boss. He have his own season which one of us he will call. Example: Week 1 - Y, can you please .... Week 2 - M, can you please.. Week 3 - M, can you please ...

We are going there as an IT trainee not as a secretary trainee. I am wonder, do I entered the correct company for my internship? Hope it will end soon ... 1 month to go! How will I survive for this remaining month?? Everyday hope he will go out for appointment, come to the office late and don't stay in the office!!!!
